Manor Independent School District
Partnerships and Wellness Director, Manor Schoolhouse Foundation Director
Family & Student Support Services
Becky Lott,  graduate from Baylor University, is the Manor ISD Director of Partnerships and Wellness, overseeing health services, primary care, behavioral health, partnerships, school-based mentoring, and a Governor’s truancy prevention grant.  Moreover, she leads as the Director or the  Manor Schoolhouse Foundation, a non-profit that provides resources, maximizes innovative practices, and supports teaching and learning for scholars and educators.

In her two decades of service with the district, she has built relationships with corporate partners, including Samsung and Applied Materials, that have led to millions in outside funding and thousands of hours of volunteer time.

Over the past 25 years, Lott has seen Manor evolve from a sleepy, mostly rural community known for a horse track to a headquarters for worldwide innovation -- albeit one still struggling with deep pockets of poverty. Throughout her time with the district, Lott has leveraged her relationships in both segments of the community to help keep students healthy, safe and ready to learn.
